key responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a Portuguese Live Chat Agent (m/f) will be the following:
- Dealing with clients’ inquiries via live chats
- Ensuring that excellent customer experience is provided
- Cooperating effectively with other departments as required
- Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results
qualifications
You’ll be an excellent fit as a Portuguese Live Chat Agent (m/f) in case you possess:
- A native level of the Portuguese language
- Fluency in English
- PC literacy
- Valid work permit in Greece
skills
- High adaptability & flexibility in shift-rotation
- Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal
- Client-centric mindset

No previous working experience in a similar role is required.
