As a Portuguese Customer Care Specialist, your daily routine will include to:
- Deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all customers by email or chat, in the Portuguese language
- Provide world-class service to customers in an accurate, efficient and respectful manner
- Research and resolve issues reported by the client's end-users
- Document all information on customer interaction system according to standard operating procedures
qualifications
The qualifications for this Portuguese Customer Care Specialist role are:
- An excellent level of the Portuguese language
- A very good level of the English language
- PC literacy
skills
- Empathy to customers as you determine a solution to their needs
- High adaptability in dynamic working environments
- Self-motivated with a client-centric mindset
experience
No previous working experience in a similar role is required.
