key responsibilities
For the role of Personal Assistant , you will be responsible for:
- Managing complex personal and professional calendars and scheduling.
- Accompanying the investor on weekly business trips to the Netherlands for 2-3 days
- Operating from the executive offices in Ekali
- Coordinating end-to-end travel arrangements, premium logistics, and itineraries.
- Handling confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls with high-level stakeholders.
- Overseeing personal errands and ensuring the seamless execution of daily activities.
qualifications
For the role of Personal Assistant, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a relevant field
- Excellent command of English and Greek, written and spoken
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Valid passport and flexibility for weekly international travel
- Driver's license
