Key Challenges You'll Own

• Lead Flawless Payroll Execution: Take ownership of the payroll process, ensuring correct and punctual salary payments. You'll manage tasks such as calculating core wages and administration tasks, fleet and private insurance, ensuring every detail is accurate and on time.
• Become a Trusted Advisor: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and temporary employees. You'll build strategic relationships by providing expert solutions and clear communication on complex payroll and employment issues, including payslips and contracts.
• Drive Procedural Excellence:Design and coordinate action plans to streamline and improve internal payroll procedures. You will ensure compliance with all public sector regulations and company liabilities, consistently seeking ways to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

The qualifications needed to be a successful Payroll Consultant at Randstad is to possess

3-5 years experience in payroll execution and customer service
