As Finance Manager/CFO for Randstad Greece, you lead the finance function, ensure, co-drive business results and support transformation efforts. You are part of the Greek Leadership Team and report into our Regional CFO Southern Europe. Your team consists of finance and accounting professionals.

your contribution

strategic leadership and business partnership

• Serve as a core member of the leadership team, contributing to the overall strategic development, direction setting, and leadership of Randstad Greece.
• Execute the 'partner for talent' strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Act as a business control leader, supporting the commercial organization by identifying opportunities for both top-line growth (e.g., pricing, service mix) and bottom-line efficiency (opex management), guiding forecasting, and leading cash flow planning.
• Drive and report on global and local transformations impacting the business units within scope.

financial management and reporting

• Lead the local budgeting and strategic financial planning processes for the country.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and meaningful financial information delivery, providing strong finance leadership for Greece.
• Ensure key business and operational decisions are supported by rigorous financial analysis.
• Oversee the accounting, tax, and financial reporting functions, collaborating closely with Randstad Global to maintain exceptional standards of timeliness, accuracy, reliability, and risk management.

operational and functional leadership

• Lead the wider financial function and a range of supporting business functions including procurement, facilities, internal controls, compliance and PMO.
• Ensure optimized processes are in place, managing business risks according to company principles and market rules, and ensuring internal client satisfaction.
• Oversee General Services, real estate, fleets, and branch layout policies, as well as the social environment and governance section of the working environment.

organizational development and talent:

• Build a future-fit finance organization capable of adapting to emerging trends.
• Deploy scalable solutions that accommodate uniform processes and standards, promoting a data-driven culture.
• Develop and execute a winning talent strategy, focusing on building high-performing teams, fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment, and promoting the company's core values.

• 8-10 years of finance experience in a leadership capacity, ideally gained within large-scale, complex, and international matrix organizations.
• Strong commercial finance expertise, with a deep grasp of key financial drivers such as top-line growth, gross margins, and EBITA. Must be adept at data analysis to effectively serve as a business partner to the Managing Director.
• Prior experience in services companies or customer-facing, commercial environments is essential. Knowledge of the staffing/HR services industry is a distinct advantage.
• Proficient in Greek GAAP and IFRS  
• A’ signatory rights
