key responsibilities
The Operations Support Specialist is responsible to:
- Manage all Invoicing for Technical Services/ Rebates.
- Ensure customer’s contractual rebates are controlled and ensure that the correct Provisions are created in SAP system
- Control and/or process suppliers’ invoices in the zone
- Assist in the creation and update of the customers data in Customer Form
- Control the Customer Master data for all Customer within the Hub to ensure that accounts are accurately created
- Ensure the administration procedures are fully understood and implemented by each office in the Hub
- Check the stocks on a daily basis and handle the replenishment in order to ensure product availability with validation of management
- Be the back-up for CSO’s
qualifications
The Operations Support Specialist should have:
- University Degree in Business Administration or Shipping
- Fluency in English language (French will be considered a plus)
- Computer Literacy( Ms Office)
- Knowledge of SAP
