As an Operations Representative, your primary duties will include:

• Processing and fulfilling operational requests from public authorities and customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Gathering, compiling, and inputting relevant data into our internal systems.
• Ensuring all requests are handled in full compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and service-level agreements.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as Legal and Compliance, to gather necessary information.
• Maintaining clear, well-organized records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Flagging any discrepancies or unusual patterns for further investigation.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or relevant field
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion\An Analytical mindset
• Capacity to work independently.

1-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar function.
