key responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Operations Manager include:
- Lead site assessments and technical evaluations for prospective projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design and present integrated service solutions
- Lead the launch of new contracts, ensuring structured mobilization plans
- Select and evaluate subcontractors, partners, and required equipment
- Optimize cost structures and ensure profitability from project initiation
- Implement best-in-class operational processes and continuous improvement practices
- Oversee service quality through audits and on-site inspections
- Ensure effective handling of client requests, escalations, and performance issues
- Financial & Performance Management
- Full P&L responsibility for assigned projects
- Monitor KPIs, margins, and cost controls to maximize profitability, including extra works
- Track team performance metrics and ensure accountability
- Lead, mentor, and develop Services Coordinators and operational teams
- Identify training needs and foster a high-performance culture
qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated P&L ownership
- Experience in contract mobilization and multi-site operational management

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimize cost structures
- Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
