key responsibilities
The Operations Assistant will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including monitoring import and export processes for goods.
- Control warehouse inventory levels to optimize storage efficiency and minimize losses.
- Issue goods documentation, while performing quality and quantity checks to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Monitor outbound shipments to customers and maintain accurate inventory reconciliation across all distribution channels (retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and retail store).
- Collaborate with finance and marketing teams to ensure operational alignment.
qualifications
In order to meet the requirements for the position of Operations Assistant, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or a related business field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in accounting, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain operations, ideally in a distribution environment.
- Language: Very good command of the English language.

- Proficiency in ERP systems; experience with Entersoft is an advantage. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
