key responsibilities
As an Office Receptionist, some of your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Act as the main point of contact by answering, directing, routing calls, and taking detailed messages
- Record all incoming mail in the computer system, distribute it accordingly, and manage daily international courier bookings
- Clear and maintain meeting rooms to ensure they are always presentable, and oversee basic office provisions/supplies
- Assist with general registration queries and the processing of publications as required
- Assist with monthly expense processing while coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, logistics, and detailed itineraries
qualifications
The ideal candidate for this Office Receptionist position should possess:
- University/College degree
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- Fluency in both Greek & English
