key responsibilities
For the role of Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive B2B and B2C success, supporting monthly and quarterly targets
- Office administration and office operations management
- Oversee local equipment for press and partner use
- Track competitor activities and market trends to inform strategy
- Monitor and report on B2B and B2C partner performance
- Prepare and manage Target Achievement Bonus (TAB) reports
- Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution
qualifications
For the role of Office Coordinator, you will need:
- Strong educational background in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in English (written & spoken) and the local language
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel for reporting)
- Sales or operational experience in a dynamic environment is a plus
