key responsibilities
As a Multilingual Digital Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
- Develop account strategies that align with client goals and business objectives
- Identify opportunities for campaign optimization, growth, and increased performance
- Present tailored digital advertising solutions and recommendations
- Resolve client issues and daily challenges to ensure timely campaign delivery
- Collect client feedback and provide insights to improve products and services
qualifications
The qualifications for this Multilingual Digital Account Manager role are:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional level in one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, Spanish
- Advanced proficiency in English
skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with digital advertising platforms
- Proficient in CRM systems to manage and track client relationships
- Background in managing client relationships and achieving KPIs

Minimum of 2 years' experience in telesales/inside/outbound sales
