The ideal candidate for the Medical Scientific Liaison position is expected to possess:
● A degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or Life Sciences
● MSc and/or PhD will be considered a strong asset
● Postgraduate studies in Research, Statistics, or Clinical Trials will be highly valued
● At least 2–3 years of experience in roles such as Medical Scientific Liaison, Medical Advisor, or related positions within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
● Strong scientific background in diabetes, with solid knowledge of Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM), current research, guidelines, and competitive landscape
● Excellent scientific and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex medical data
● Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills, tailored to scientific, medical, and non-medical audiences
● Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, KOLs, and internal stakeholders
● Strategic mindset with the ability to identify collaboration opportunities and provide actionable insights to internal teams
● Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
● Curiosity and passion for continuous learning and scientific advancement ● Team-oriented mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
● Fluency in Greek and English (oral and written)
