As a Marketing Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the promotion and market positioning of our coffee and beverage portfolio across all domestic channels
• Manage the full planning and execution of corporate events, trade shows, and culinary exhibitions
• Drive the end-to-end "Go-to-Market" strategy for all new product developments (NPD)
• Oversee all digital marketing, including SEO, website content, social media, and paid campaigns.
• Partner with the Sales team to create impactful promotional materials and POS tools to drive B2B growth
• Identify and manage strategic sponsorships and partnerships that strengthen brand visibility
• Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to support strategic decisions and business expansion

The ideal candidate for the position of Marketing Manager will be expected to possess the following:

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong background in B2B Marketing (Coffee, Beverages, or FMCG), with a focus on the HORECA sector and event management
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
• Ability to handle multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines effectively
• Experienced in working with external marketing agencies and managing budgets

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Analytical skills
• Commercial Accumen

• At least 3 years' brand management or marketing experience (preferably in FMCG)
