As a Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will be:

• Take full ownership of the product categories and contribute to the preparation of the annual marketing plan. Manage the annual Marketing Budget
• Develop and implement marketing and trade marketing plans. Plan and ensure the successful execution of promotional activities in all communication channels (from ATL/digital campaigns to complete BTL support for the franchise network, such as banners, corporate clothing, and store renovations)
• Conduct market research and perform marketing analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Manage pricing strategies, analyze sales volumes, calculate contribution margins, and closely monitor operational costs
• Communicate daily with external partners (advertising agencies) to ensure the proper coordination and implementation of promotional activities
• Guarantee a good level of product range and availability to deliver an excellent level of service to the network
• Maintain constant communication and alignment with the global Headquarters

The ideal candidate is expected to possess:

• At least 3 years of solid experience in a similar Marketing position
• Experience in both Consumer and Trade Marketing will be considered a strong plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong commercial acumen, a solid grasp of basic mathematical/business concepts, and advanced Excel skills
• Fluency in English (written and verbal), paired with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

• Pro-active and result-oriented attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and efficient with ability to prioritize & adapt to change

• 3 years of experience in similar position
