As a marketing exevutive, your responsibilities will be:

• Contribute in executing marketing plan
• Assist in the creation and production of POP materials in cooperation with Technical and Sales departments
• Coordinate suppliers of marketing materials to deliver on time and ensure quality
• Follow-up and update marketing budget
• Provide distributors and customers the necessary tools or materials and oversee marketing actions proposed and developed by them (both for Greece and Exports)
• Assist in organization of customer or corporate events and participation at fairs
• Maintain and monitor the relationship with external agencies
• Communicate with HQ for support or validations
• Assist in the maintenance & update of the company’s website and social media pages in cooperation with external agencies
• Respect and promote internally and externally company’s HSE Rules
• Cooperate with different departments: Commercial, Purchasing, Exports, Accounting, Technical
• Communicate with different stakeholders: Employees, Customers, Suppliers, Media, End users, HQ
• Execute actions for the company and its brands to meet marketing objectives
• Assist in the implementation of marketing activities from design to execution
• Coordinate projects ensuring on time and qualitative deliverables

The ideal candidate for the marketing executive role is expected to possess:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• A "hands-on" professional approach with a track record of managing projects
• Greek and English language fluency

• Strong interpersonal, communication skills and analytical skills
• Cross-functionality and multi-tasking ability
• Autonomy
• Time management and organizational skills

• 2-3 years experience in marketing or communication field
