As a Logistics Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage inbound flows & customs clearance.
• Monitor third Party Logistics (3PL)/ Distributors’  operational activities.
• Ensure products in inventory are managed, picked, loaded, and shipped out in line with customer requirements and operational targets.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers & customers and ensure claim management.
• Support Customer Service on the Invoicing process (coding inbound invoices) and Return management.

For the  Logistics Assistant position, you need to have:  

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Logistics).
• Fluency in English and MS Office.
• Experience in ERP systems is required, ideally SAP. 

• Strong analytical skills
• Results-driven and adaptable.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
