key responsibilities
For the role of Associate Lawyer (Energy), you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with the client throughout the duration of the transaction.
- Drafting and negotiating Greek-law construction and supply agreements in both English and Greek.
- Corresponding with all parties involved in a case, including clients, counterparties, lenders, foreign counsel, and technical experts.
- Responding to complex queries and comments raised by clients and project funders.
- Participating actively in multi-party contractual drafting and negotiation for large-scale projects.
qualifications
For the role of Associate Lawyer (Energy), you will need:
- Law degree from a Greek university
- 5-8 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE)
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in energy transactions and energy regulatory advice
- Excellent command of the English language, written and spoken

- Enthusiastic and proactive approach
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership
- Excellent client service orientation
- Tact, diplomacy, and high level of confidentiality
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
experience
