What You’ll Do

• Daily IT Operations: Support internal users and manage service requests via the company's ticketing system, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Process Organization: Use your organizational skills to document IT procedures and promote best practices for collaboration tools across departments.
• Digital Pathfinding: Gradually take ownership of SharePoint sites and explore ways to automate manual tasks using Power Automate.
• Innovation Lab: Research and propose new ways to use Power Apps and Power BI to solve real business problems.
• Vendor Collaboration: Assist in communicating with external IT partners to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Learning & Implementation: Dedicate time to mastering the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and applying that knowledge to build internal digital workflows.

What You Bring

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Organizational Excellence: Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and keep detailed records. You are the person who "gets things done" in an orderly fashion.
• Tech Curiosity: A solid understanding of (or a strong interest in) the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Maybe you’ve experimented with Power Apps or SharePoint in your own time or during your studies – we value that initiative!
