About the role

We are looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join an established, market-leading company. You will work alongside experienced professionals, turning creative concepts into impactful visuals for both digital and print media. What you’ll be doing as a Junior Graphic Designer:

• Create engaging visuals for digital marketing channels, including newsletters, social media graphics, web banners, and e-shop assets.
• Design high-quality print materials, such as flyers, posters, and in-store promotional layouts.
• Contribute to the conceptualization and creation of logos and overall brand identity assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop fresh, innovative ideas for upcoming campaigns.
• Develop multimedia content, including basic videos and GIFs, to enhance digital storytelling and user engagement.
• Set up and format visual assets for email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.

What we’re looking for in a Junior Graphic Designer:

• Degree in Graphic Design or a related visual arts field.
• Excellent command of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
• A strong team player with a creative mindset and a passion for bringing new ideas to the table.
• Around 1 year of relevant professional experience will be considered a strong asset.
• Basic knowledge or experience in Video/GIF creation and Mailchimp is highly desired.
