Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor early and late-stage delinquent loan accounts
• Contact customers to discuss overdue balances and agree on repayment solutions
• Track account performance and follow up on payment commitments
• Maintain accurate activity records and prepare portfolio performance reports
• Escalate complex cases and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve outcomes and customer experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Up to 2 years of experience in Collections, Customer Service, Banking, or Financial Services is a plus (but not required)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly

• 0-2 years of relevant experience
