As a Senior Java Developer on the Core Platform team, you will translate complex security architecture decisions into clean, highly testable code. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Security & Auth Engine: Implement JWT-based stateless authentication, OAuth 2.1 / OIDC resource server configurations, custom filter chains, and method-level security.
• Cross-Cutting Concerns: Write high-efficiency aspects using Spring AOP for authorization enforcement, auditing, and data masking across the enterprise application layer.
• Batch Processing & Caching: Design robust batch jobs for data synchronization using Spring Batch, and optimize decision latency via distributed caching (Spring Data Redis / Lettuce).
• Event-Driven Messaging: Integrate Apache Kafka for event publishing, transaction log auditing, and error-handling with strict processing semantics.
• Cloud-Native Deployment: Package and manage stateless microservices on Kubernetes, ensuring seamless scaling, readiness/liveness probes, and configuration management.

To excel in this position, you should bring a strong foundation in enterprise Java technologies paired with hands-on experience in containerized environments. We are looking for:

• Java Mastery: 4–5 years of hands-on experience building complex applications with strong proficiency in Java, modern IDEs (e.g., VS Code), and Git.
• Spring & AOP Frameworks: 2–3 years of experience with Spring (including Spring Integration) and 1–2 years of experience with Aspect-Oriented Programming (AOP), JPA, and JDBC.
• UI Capabilities: Proven experience building UI front-end applications using React.
• Containerization: At least 1 year of practical experience working with Docker or equivalent container tools.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional team-oriented mindset, fast-learning agility, and full fluency in English.

While not mandatory, the following qualifications and tech exposure will be considered a strong advantage:

• Experience with Reactive Application Design and asynchronous messaging patterns.
• Hands-on experience with container platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift) and major cloud providers (Azure, AWS).
• Exposure to automated DevOps environments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with messaging, caching, and database solutions such as Kafka, Redis, RDBMS, or Business Rule Engines (e.g., Drools).
• Familiarity with Application Security concepts, Entra ID, and JWT.
