What you’ll be doing as an IT Service Desk Support Technician:

• Provide daily user support for technical issues both remotely (via phone/remote access tools) and on-site.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues in user environments.
• Perform user account management, access rights assignment, and basic administration in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Install, configure, and upgrade new equipment, including laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and scanners.
• Setup and support audio-visual equipment and technologies in meeting rooms.
• Execute physical user relocations, including disconnecting, reconnecting, and verifying proper system and network functionality.
• Assist in basic network configuration and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

What we’re looking for in an IT Service Desk Support Technician:

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (IEK, TEI, AEI).
• 2+ years of professional experience in IT user support, service desk, or desktop support.
• Solid experience in Active Directory administration and Microsoft 365 user access management.
• Strong knowledge of MS Windows 10/11 operating systems and PC hardware repair/upgrades.
• Practical understanding of basic network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and peripheral device setup.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Fulfilled military obligations (if applicable).
• Good command of English and Greek (oral and written).
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a team-oriented mindset.
