What You’ll Do

• Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of internal digital projects, from initial requirements gathering to final deployment and user training.
• Digital Transformation: Act as the primary architect for optimizing business workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint Online.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department heads to identify "pain points" and translate them into technical project specifications.
• Vendor & Partner Coordination: Manage relationships and project timelines with external IT vendors and the Group’s global IT partners.
• Data Strategy: Oversee the development of advanced dashboards in Power BI to provide actionable insights for the management team.
• Governance & Documentation: Establish and document IT project management procedures, best practices, and system architectures.
• Change Management: Ensure smooth adoption of new digital tools through effective communication and internal workshops.

What You Bring

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related Engineering field.
• Project Expertise: Proven experience in managing IT projects, preferably focused on Digital Transformation or Low-Code/No-Code implementations.
• Tech Stack Mastery: Deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams) and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to see the "big picture" while maintaining attention to detail in technical documentation.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate / Functional Consultant.
• Automotive Insight: Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems within the automotive or retail distribution sector.
• Technical Background: Experience in 2nd-level support or basic scripting (PowerShell) that allows for better technical oversight.
• Agile Experience: Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
