key responsibilities
What will your daily impact look like?
- Direct daily technology operations and empower a team of tech professionals to achieve optimal performance.
- Oversee the seamless functioning of enterprise infrastructure, including cloud environments, network systems, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Steer relationships with external service providers and technology vendors to guarantee top-tier service delivery.
- Champion large-scale technical projects, managing everything from budget preparation to successful operational transitions.
- Safeguard the organization by enforcing strict security controls and risk management protocols, as well as testing disaster recovery procedures.
qualifications
Which credentials will make you the ideal match?
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar field.
- A minimum of 7 years navigating and supporting complex enterprise technology environments.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in a leadership or people management capacity.
- Hands-on familiarity with modern enterprise platforms such as Azure Cloud Services, Microsoft 365, VMware, and Active Directory/Entra ID.
- Strong capabilities in project coordination and governing third-party vendor relationships.
