Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial & Business Planning:

• Budget Ownership: Lead the annual budgeting process by coordinating with all departments to collect comprehensive ICT requirements (software, hardware, services, maintenance).
• Strategic Forecasting: Prepare and manage the T&T Business Plan, create the official Zenith budget , and maintain up-to-date financial records in the respective Plenitude’s and ENI’s systems.
• Oversight & Control: Proactively monitor budget execution, identify critical variances, and propose necessary revisions during forecasting cycles to maintain financial health.

2. Procurement & Vendor Management:

• Contract Lifecycle Expert: Collaborate closely with the Procurement team to manage the end-to-end acquisition of all T&T products and services.
• Drafting & Review: Play a key role in contract management, drafting or reviewing critical sections related to scope, financial terms, payment schedules, and vendor obligations.
• Payment & Compliance: Act as the liaison for vendor invoice settlements, ensuring proper approvals are obtained from Application/System Owners for timely payment release. Upload and monitor contract life cycles and relevant documentation in the ITSM system.

3. Reporting & Analysis:

• Performance Insight: Produce essential periodic reports, analyzing monthly expenses against the allocated budget and tracking vendor performance.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Generate detailed budget variance reports and financial insights for T&T leadership. Analyze forecast deviations, highlight risk areas, and recommend concrete corrective actions or prioritized investment strategies.
• License Management: Systematically track and monitor software license utilization, manage renewals, and forecast future license needs to ensure continuous operation and compliance.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Education & Experience:

• A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in a similar financial or business coordination role, preferably within an IT/ICT department.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, complemented by solid training or coursework in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.

Essential Skills & Competencies:

• Exceptional Attention to Detail: A high sense of responsibility and proven accuracy in managing complex financial data.
• Financial & Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical thinking, financial awareness, and ability to translate data into strategic insight.
• Tech Proficiency: Experience working with ITSM software and expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Communication: Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills, capable of liaising effectively across multiple departments (T&T, Accounting, Procurement).

Language: Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.

Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., COBIT 2019 Foundation, ITIL 4 Foundation, ISO 20000) are a significant advantage.
