As a Policy Operations Administrator your main responsibilities will be:

• enter and coordinate data into the internal company system
• gather, check and maintain records of all data and documentation so as to ensure the settlement of claims
• prepare relevant statistical data, reports and presentations
• handle claims and calculate the amount of compensation under the terms of the contract

The Policy Operations Administrator we are looking for should have:

• BCs degree in Statistics/ Business Administration or similar field
• excellent knowledge of data entry
• excellent knowledge of english (spoken & written)
• proficiency in MS-Office
• knowledge of insurance policies will be considered a plus

1 year experience in a similar role is considered a plus
