The responsibilities of this Inside Sales Engineer are: 

• Perform technical calculations and sizing of heat exchangers and related equipment suitable for food, pharma, and wastewater applications.
• Translate customer needs into technical proposals, ensuring the proposed solutions meet both performance and budgetary requirements.
• Directly manage a portfolio of accounts, contribute to the department's performance, and support the external sales network/distributors across Greece.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact; analyze contracts, understand plant requirements, and conduct site visits when necessary to ensure the perfect technical fit.
• Proactively identify sales opportunities and follow up on leads to ensure high conversion rates.

The qualifications of this Inside Sales Engineer are: 

• University Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Food, or Environmental Engineering.
• Prior experience in a technical-commercial role is highly valued. Familiarity with Heat Exchangers, Decanters, Separators, or Pumps is a significant advantage.
• Proven ability to work within a structured CRM environment
• Solid understanding of fluid dynamics and pressure vessels.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to travel occasionally for client visits or training.

• Ability to read and interpret complex technical contracts, engineering drawings, and plant specifications.
