This HR Talent & People Specialist will be responsible for:

• Leading full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, candidate assessment, interview management, selection and offering coordination in partnership with hiring managers. 
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, especially for commercial, field and hard-to-fill roles.
• Supporting employer branding initiatives and represent the company at recruitment events, career fairs and networking activities when required. 
• Partnering with managers to understand hiring needs, team dynamics and people development priorities. 
• Supporting talent identification, succession planning and career development initiatives in collaboration with managers. 
• Conducting regular one-to-one meetings and field visits to strengthen employee engagement, understanding business needs and building strong relationships with managers and teams. 
• Coordinating the performance management cycle, including objective setting, performance reviews and following-up on individual development plans. 
• Identifying learning and development needs in partnership with managers and coordinating training and development initiatives. 
• Leading employee engagement initiatives, internal communication activities and retention projects that support a positive employee experience. 
• Reviewing and developing HR policies and people processes, ensuring their effective implementation across the organization.
• Participating and leading Group HR projects supporting organizational development, employee experience and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate for this HR Talent & People Specialist position should have:

• university/college degree (HR or Business-related studies preferred)
• proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
• hands-on experience across key HR disciplines

• strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation
• ability to anticipate, identify, diagnose and resolve employee issues affecting business performance
• ability to work independently with tight timelines and multiple priorities
• ability to establish relationships with all levels of an organisation
• highly self-motivated
