As an HR Operations Coordinator your main responsibilities include :

• own the end-to-end administrative process for employees, onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding
• maintain and audit the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure accuracy in employee records and reporting
• act as the bridge between HR and Payroll, ensuring all monthly changes (bonuses, leaves, deductions) are communicated accurately
• ensure all HR activities align with local labor laws, GDPR regulations, and internal global policies
• serve as the first line of support for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and self-service tools

The HR Operations Coordinator should have :

• bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• fluency in both Greek and English (written and verbal)
• proficient in Microsoft Excel
• familiarity with HRIS platforms

• team spirit, collaborative approach and with multi-tasking abilities
• excellent communication skill

• 2 years of experience in a similar role
