Key Responsibilities for this HR Manager:

• HR Infrastructure & Policy Setup: Design, document, and implement fundamental HR procedures, corporate policies, employee handbooks, and onboarding/offboarding workflows for retail and office teams
• Performance Management Framework: Build and implement a clear performance evaluation framework to assess and support employee productivity across all stores and headquarters
• Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: Manage end-to-end recruitment process in close partnership with Area Managers to fulfill store and corporate hiring needs
• Payroll & Labor Compliance: Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate payroll processing, store schedule compliance, leave management, and full adherence to Greek labor law
• Employee Engagement & Culture: Foster a positive work environment through employee satisfaction surveys, engagement initiatives, and team-building activities
• Learning & Development (L&D): Identify training needs across teams and design practical programs to improve customer service and leadership skills
• Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): Plan and execute CSR activities in coordination with the Marketing Department

To be considered for this HR Manager role you need to have:

• University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field
• Deep understanding of Greek labor legislation (including commercial retail rules), payroll coordination, and standard HR procedures
• Ability and willingness to travel across the retail store network as needed
