key responsibilities
As an HR Generalist, your main responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related operational topics in Greece
- Support hotel management teams in day-to-day HR administration
- Coordinate with our external payroll company and ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly payroll data
- Handle employee onboarding, contracts, and terminations
- Manage employee attendance systems, working hour logins, and digital records
- Maintain personnel files and HR databases
- Support communication and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Act as a liaison between the Greek operations and Corporate HR in Spain
- Keeping up to date with legislative changes that affect HR.
- Communication any required dealing with public authorities
qualifications
The requirements for the HR Assistant role are:
- university/college degree
- fluency in both Greek and English
- very good MS Office skills
- knowledge of labor law, as a plus

- positive attitude and flexibility
