In this HR Associate role, you will:

• Take full ownership of payroll coordination and the meticulous management of the ERGANI platform
• Act as the internal expert on Greek labor legislation, ensuring all retail and corporate operations remain fully compliant with current laws and regulations
• Manage and monitor all corporate obligations regarding the Safety Technician, fire safety protocols, and ongoing regulatory requirements
• Generate comprehensive monthly reports on payroll costs, headcount evolution, and key HR metrics to provide actionable insights for senior management
• Maintain accurate employee digital and physical files, track attendance records, and manage day-to-day HR operational requests for both HQ and retail staff
• Coordinate the integration of new hires, ensuring their introduction to the company reflects our premium luxury culture and values

Qualifications for this HR Associate role:

• proven proficiency in handling the ERGANI platform and a robust understanding of Greek payroll processes.
• native-level fluency in Greek and professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).

• Strong familiarity with Greek Labor Law and Health & Safety regulations.
