Main responsibilities as Operations Manager:

• Oversee the daily pulse of the property.
• Balance seamless behind-the-scenes logistics with a visible, welcoming presence for our guests.
• Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure 4-star standards are consistently met.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guest relations, turning feedback into opportunities for excellence.
• Monitor room inventory, manage local supplier relationships, and oversee maintenance schedules.
• Recruit, train, and inspire a small, dedicated team to deliver personalized service.
• Assist in budget management, cost control, and maximizing RevPAR through smart operational decisions.

What You Bring

• At least 3–5 years in a management role within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
• Fluency in English and Greek is essential. A third language (German or French) is a major plus.
• You aren’t afraid to jump in and help the team during a busy check-in or a breakfast rush.
• A deep appreciation for Cretan culture and the ability to recommend the best hidden gems to our guests.
• Proficiency with PMS software (e.g., Protel, Mews, or similar) and Microsoft Office.
