As a Head of Reception, you will be responsible for the below:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of receptionists and call center agents.
• Oversee daily operations and workflows to ensure high-quality patient service.
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively and professionally.
• Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve internal processes.

For the Head of Reception role, you will need to have:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, specifically in ophthalmology (a significant plus).
• Knowledge of Greek public health insurance systems (e.g., EOPYY).
• Experience in managing cash and billing procedures.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in computer systems and office software.

Experience in a supervisory or management role within the healthcare industry.
