As a Guest Experience Advisor you will be responsible for:

• Engaging with visitors in a friendly and professional manner to determine their needs and preferences.
• Providing accurate information about products or services to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Actively listening to visitor concerns and address any questions or issues promptly and effectively.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals set by management.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
• Participating in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

The ideal candidate for the Guest Experience Advisor  position will be expected to possess the following:

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts or promotions.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems is advantageous.
