As a Guest Experience Advisor, your responsibilities include:

• Guide international and local visitors regarding store locations, promotions, and mall activities.
• Manage all customer service utilities (strollers, wheelchairs, etc.), handle the Mall call center, and oversee the critical Lost & Found procedure.
• Support Center Management by communicating with store operators, collecting sales figures via the Retail Advantage platform, and providing essential secretarial support.
• Contribute to the creation and inspection of promotional materials and monitor participation for digital media campaigns.
• Actively support all Health & Safety procedures and plans, ensuring a secure environment for all guests and staff.
• Handle all Gift Voucher transactions and manage the data associated with VIP & Privilege Cards.

The ideal candidate for the Guest Experience Advisor role should have:

• a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
• 3 years of relevant experience in a high-volume customer service or reception role.
• an Excellent Command of both English and Greek.
• an outgoing and extroverted personality, with exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• flexibility to work shifts and weekends, and thrive under pressure.
