key responsibilities
What you’ll be doing as a Graphic Designer:
- Create engaging digital assets for e-shop platforms, including web banners, landing pages, newsletters, social media graphics, and digital ad campaigns.
- Design high-quality print materials, such as promotional flyers, posters, informational brochures, as well as in-store visual merchandising and window displays.
- Adapt visual assets and existing templates across various dimensions and formats to ensure strong visual consistency across all media.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and E-commerce development teams to deliver promotional, seasonal, and product campaign materials.
- Produce and edit basic short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, product videos) based on creative briefs, adding subtitles, music, and simple graphics.
- Maintain and organize digital design libraries, photos, video assets, and brand templates.
qualifications
What we’re looking for in a Graphic Designer:
- Degree in Graphic Design or a related visual arts field.
- Excellent command of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- +2 years of professional experience in graphic design (digital & print) within a brand or agency setting.
- Familiarity with e-commerce environments or promotional campaigns for retail products.
- Knowledge in video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools).
- Strong eye for detail, good aesthetic perception, and ability to follow existing brand guidelines accurately.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver multiple design tasks within tight deadlines.
