If so, then the German Support Specialist (m/f) role might be for you!

We are currently seeking a motivated and client centric German speaker who will be responsible for offering top-tier support for banking, digital payments, and digital wallet services, to join our client's team in Athens.

In compliance with pay transparency and equal treatment obligations (Greek Law 5316/2026 & EU Directive 2023/970), the applicable salary range for this position will be communicated to candidates invited for an assessment interview, prior to its conduction.

key responsibilities
As a German Support Specialist (m/f), you will:
- Collaborate with internal and external clients to provide high-level support for banking services, digital payments, and digital wallet services.
- Conduct end-to-end investigations for cases related to banking and digital payments.
- Contribute to the creation, improvement, and documentation of daily work processes to enhance overall efficiency.
- Guide new clients through digital onboarding.
- Build trust and security for customer requests related to mobile apps and digital payments.
- Assist in the testing of new payment services provided through mobile apps and create supportive materials (FAQs) for end-users.
qualifications
A German Support Specialist (m/f) should demonstrate:
- Native or near-native level of German
- Fluency in English
- PC literacy
skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work 24/7 to ensure continuous support.
- In-depth understanding of banking services, digital payments, and mobile app usage.
experience
Previous working experience in a similar role is not required.
