As a German Customer Advisor - Hospitality Tech, you will have the opportunity to:

• German on C1 level minimum
• English on B2 level minimum
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or customer relations environments.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong active listening and contact handling abilities.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and managing priorities effectively.
• Understanding of the urgency and impact of technical issues within restaurant operations.
• Good computer literacy.
