key responsibilities
As a German-speaking After Sales Specialist (m/f), you will have the opportunity to:
- Carry out product training sessions for the customers and support with the onboarding process
- Manage customers' requests & ensure an utmost customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate, valid & complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open & interactive communication
qualifications
The qualifications for this German-speaking After Sales Specialist (m/f) role are:
- An exceptional level in the German language
- Advanced English skills
- PC literacy
- EU work permit
