As a Functional Analyst you will join a team of talented tech professionals, and you responsibilities will be the following:

• Collaborate fiercely with cross-functional teams (stakeholders, developers, QA, and PMs) to truly understand and define business objectives
• Define, document, and manage crystal-clear functional requirements, business processes, user stories, and use cases
• Lead the charge in process analysis, ensuring the applications and systems we build directly meet and exceed business goals
• Act as the primary communication bridge, facilitating seamless collaboration between clients, business users, and technical development teams

In order for your profile to match this Functional Analyst opening, you need to have the following:

• 3+ years as Functional Analyst in the Banking Sector and/or complex Business Process Management (BPM) systems
• Hands-on experience with business process modeling techniques and tools, particularly BPMN
• University Degree or equivalentMilitary obligations fulfilled, if applicable
• Proven team-leading skills 
• Fluency in English
