As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge, high-performance web applications. Acting as a bridge between intuitive front-end experiences and robust back-end logic, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sophisticated technical solutions. More specifically, your duties will be the following:

• Architect & Innovate: Collaborate with engineering teams to architect scalable and secure web applications using React and Java/Spring Boot.
• Craft High-Performance Code: Develop clean, modular, and reusable components and services to ensure long-term maintainability and scalability.
• System Integration: Design and implement RESTful APIs and data models, ensuring seamless integration with SQL/NoSQL databases and external interfaces.
• Drive Quality: Participate in rigorous code reviews, providing constructive feedback and helping enforce industry-leading best practices.
• End-to-End Ownership: Take responsibility for features from conception through deployment and maintenance, ensuring maximum system reliability and performance.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you need to have the following: 

• More than 3 years of professional experience in full-stack web development using Java & react.
• Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in React (or similar frameworks) and solid experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• API & Data Design: Proven experience in REST API design and database modeling (SQL or NoSQL).
• Development Workflow: Comfort working in structured environments with version control (Git), code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Analytical Mindset: A strong focus on code quality, performance optimization, and architectural integrity.

3+ years of experience in similar roles.
