key responsibilities
What you’ll be doing as a Full Stack Software Engineer:
- Architect the workflow runtime engine, AI Copilot, and APIs to ensure reliability and security.
- Build fullstack features end-to-end, by developing user-facing features in the workflow editor and connect them to backend services.
- Enhance automation capabilities, improve the execution engine and contribute to AI tools that help users debug workflows.
- Contribute to the development of the connector SDK and CLI for third-party API integrations.
- Deliver fault-tolerant, HIPAA-compliant solutions while applying best practices in monitoring and testing.
- Work in vertical teams with designers and product experts to turn complex requirements into clean solutions.
qualifications
What we’re looking for in a Full Stack Software Engineer:
- +3 years of solid experience in any modern language, the stack is end-to-end TypeScript, but we value language-agnostic engineers who write clean, maintainable code.
- A strong grasp of unit/integration testing, designing for scalability, and version control.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining both frontend and backend systems in production, taking projects from idea to deployment.
- Passion for solving high-impact challenges and delivering elegant, performant user experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for collaborating in a distributed, international team.
