For the role of Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for:

• Greet visitors with genuine warmth, enthusiasm, and a professional attitude from the second they walk in
• Provide detailed and exciting information about our services, safety rules, special packages, and active promotions
• Handle ticket sales and payments efficiently using the POS system, ensuring accuracy and smooth cash-desk closing
• Actively promote memberships, event packages, and upgrades, turning inquiries into thrilling bookings
• Manage and organize bookings for spectacular birthday parties and large group visits
• Address questions, handle issues, or resolve complaints with a calm, resourceful, and positive approach

For the role of Front Desk Receptionist, you will need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in cashier operations, retail, or a customer service role is highly preferred
• Tech-savvy enough to comfortably navigate computers and electronic POS systems
• A natural, customer-centric mindset with top-notch communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule (including afternoons, weekends, and holidays)
