As an assistant financial accountant your responsibilities will include:

• Perform daily recording, data entry, and posting of journal entries in the ERP system.
• Assist in maintaining the general ledger and keeping subledgers up to date.
• Execute routine bank, customer, and supplier account reconciliations under supervision.
• Assist in updating the Fixed Assets register and calculating monthly depreciation.
• Support the senior team during month-end and year-end closing tasks.
• Gather data, documentation, and assist in preparing basic management and financial reports.
• Help organize accounting files, supporting documentation, and audit trails.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners for routine accounting inquiries.

In order for your profile to match the assistant financial accountant, you need to have the following skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar assistant accounting or bookkeeping role.
• Fluency in English (B2+/C1 level - Strong spoken and written skills are required).
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP accounting software (e.g., SoftOne, SAP, etc.).
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and eagerness to learn.

1–3 years of experience in a similar assistant accounting or bookkeeping role.
