Your key responsibilities as a Finance Manager will be:

• Financial Management & Reporting
• Oversee full-cycle accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, bookkeeping)
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to Group/CEO
• Support group consolidation and IFRS reporting
• Accounting & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with Greek GAAP and IFRS
• Manage tax filings, VAT, and liaise with tax authorities
• Coordinate with auditors and external accounting advisors
• Maintain strong internal control
• Treasury & Cash Management
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships
• Oversee treasury operations and financial planning
• Systems & Processes
• Work with ERP systems (SAP is a strong plus)
• Drive process improvements and finance transformation initiatives
• Business Partnering
• Reporting to CEO and senior management
• Provide financial insights to support decision-making
• Work cross-functionally with operations
• Represent and promote discussions banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies as needed
• Active support and contribution in real estate transactions  & collaboration with the stakeholders.

To be an ideal candidate for this Finance Manager role you should have:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA or equivalent) is a plus
• 7–10 years in similar finance/accounting roles
• Experience in financial controlling or finance management
• A class signature right
• Background in multinational environments preferred
• Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of Greek GAAP
• Exposure to IFRS and group consolidations
• Signature authority experience
• Solid understanding of tax and VAT regulations
• ERP experience (SAP preferred)
