Your key responsibilities as a Finance and Accounting Manager / Assistant CFO will be:

• Oversee and manage the accounting function, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Greek accounting and tax legislation (Greek GAAP / IFRS where applicable)
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and business plans
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and consultants
• Ensure timely tax filings and regulatory compliance
• Provide financial analysis and management reporting to support decision-making
• Support investment projects, asset management activities, and special financial analyses
• Continuously improve financial processes, controls, and reporting frameworks 

To be a good fit for this Finance and Accounting Manager / Assistant CFO position you should  have: 

•  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• Master’s degree or professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CFA – considered a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Greek accounting and tax legislation
• Proven experience in financial reporting and financial statements preparation
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with deadlines
• Experience in investment, holding, real estate, or hospitality companies
• Knowledge of IFRS
• Experience in management reporting and Board-level reporting
