The responsibilities of this Field Sales Specialist role are:

• Drive business growth across Greece, Cyprus, and Malta by engaging directly with dealers, distributors, and end customers.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Biomonitoring, providing top-notch technical information on products like peristaltic pumps and rapid microbiology methods.
• Build and sustain lasting partnerships with key accounts, particularly in the Pharma hub of Athens and the F&B industry.
• Provide regular updates and market insights directly to the Sales Manager, ensuring alignment with sales targets and bonus schemes.
• Utilize exceptional time management to ensure rigorous follow-ups on customer projects, exceeding expectations for technical support.

The qualifications for this Field Sales Specialist role are:

• Degree-level education in Biology or Microbiology (preferred), or a degree in Chemistry/Science with a strong microbiological background.
• 3–5 years of experience in a technical or commercial environment.
• Proven background in pharma, water microbiology, food & beverage, or contract laboratories.
• Experience in either a laboratory-based function (e.g., Lab Analyst, Quality Control, or Production) or a sales role within the life sciences/diagnostic sector.
• Full professional proficiency in both Greek and English.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
