  • key responsibilities

    The responsibilities of the Executive & Sales Support Officer are divided into two core areas:Executive Support:

    • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence for the General Managers of two entities.
    •  Prepare professional presentations, strategic reports, and comprehensive meeting materials.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and rigorous follow-up on leadership actions.
    • Support the organization of leadership meetings and key internal corporate events.

    Sales Support:

    •  Assist the Sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, CRM updates, and contract administration.
    •  Engage with potential merchants to identify their payment needs (POS, e-commerce, mobile) and design tailored acquiring solutions.
    •  Prepare and deliver professional product presentations to merchants, financial institutions, and partners.
    • Support the merchant onboarding process, ensuring all due diligence and documentation (KYC, risk checks) are handled efficiently.

  • qualifications

    The ideal candidate for this Executive & Sales Support Officer role must have:

    •  University Degree.
    • Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and verbal).
    • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with CRM systems is a definite plus.
